# Prompt gist: the rejected palette-switch experiment

## The originating prompt

> “Maybe we reduce the bubblegum aesthetic. Come up with 10 totally different possible aesthetics—a complete range. Be SUPER creative with colour, texture, shape, background elements, shaders, etc. Display them in the five-tab screenshots on the HTML page, so there are 55 screenshots in total: the current one plus five tabs × ten variants. Fully implement all ten versions; don’t be lazy.”

## What happened

The response produced eleven named worlds and 55 simulator screenshots. They appeared different because their colours, textures and decorative backgrounds changed, but most retained:

- the same screen composition;
- the same information hierarchy;
- the same card geometry;
- the same drink-entry grid;
- the same tab bar;
- the same positions and interaction model.

It was a useful failure: a theme or token set is not automatically a distinct design.

## What this folder contains

`index.html` and all 55 screenshots are the exact historical palette-first result preserved from local Git commit `4ac9ba4`.
